One of the leading causes of “burn out” in pregnancy center ministry is the discouragement and grief that come when individuals we serve choose abortion despite understanding the emotional, spiritual, psychological and physical consequences of this choice. This common pain is referred to as, “Secondary Abortion PTSD.”
This booklet outlines Sydna Masse’s own personal grief when ministry client’s have chosen abortion and how God touched her heart and helped her grieve these losses. She offers insight in how to process this personal pain as well as an outline of how we can memorialize these lost children and continue to comfort others when they abort.
